Please follow these guidelines to make the waiting time as short as possible.

When you arrive at the clinic, 

1. Leave your horse on the trailer or lorry.

2. Sign in at the reception, don't forget to bring your horse's passport.

3. Our reception staff will inform the vets and help you find a stable for your horse.
